    Big shout out to Angie Snow at the Milford branch! It is a great branch, and Angie is such a wonderful person. Moved out of state and still held on to the local account because of Angie's exceptional service. Very friendly, very helpful. Things just seem right when your request is taken care of in one call or email.

    All I wanted to do is cash my check here because I work far from my bank and I am unable to get direct deposit. The teller asked me why I didn't just cash it at my own bank and why I didn't just open up an account with Citizens Bank. Then I had to explain my business to her which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I agreed to pay seven whole dollars AND have my finger print taken before being told that they can't cash checks made outhe by Bank of America. No other bank has done this to me.
